01 Equipment use and characteristics:
This equipment is used for unwinding, leveling, and automatic fixed-length shearing of cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet, stainless steel and other coil materials. The electrical control uses AC frequency conversion and servo control, which has better processing fixed-length accuracy and production efficiency .

03 Brief introduction of the main components of the equipment:
1. Feding trolley
Hydraulic lifting, load-bearing ≤12t; mechanical walking.
Cantilever hydraulic expansion and contraction, active unwinding and rewinding, 7.5kw frequency conversion control.
The unwinding machine core shaft expansion and contraction range is Φ480-Φ520mm, which is suitable for coil material with inner diameter Φ480. When the coil material inner diameter is 610mm, the operator needs to add the conversion pad by himself.
The cantilever end has hydraulic swing support arm.
There is a pneumatic pressure arm above the coil.
3. Hydraulic bridge crossing and buffer storage pit (looper)
The lifting and swinging bridge crosses both sides of the pit, and it is composed of an arc-shaped supporting surface composed of a hydraulic lifting intermediate bridge and a number of supporting rollers. As the feed head moves forward, the intermediate bridge is raised to facilitate the feed. When the feed head enters the fixed-length feeder, the middle bridge falls down to form a storage looper.
Note: There are two pairs of material level detection photoelectric switches in the looper pit, which are the upper and lower limit positions. When the material level reaches the detection switch position, the production line can automatically adjust the speed or stop.
4. Correction device:
It is composed of a bracket, an adjusting screw and a deviation correcting wheel to prevent the sheet from deviating from side to side.
5. Leveling host (servo control)
The double-leveling machine is used, which is mainly composed of the frame part, the roller part, the movable beam, the pressing mechanism, the main transmission part, the electrical control system, the centralized lubrication system and other parts.
The main body of the machine adopts a four-post frame structure, the lower row of work rollers is fixed on the lower machine base, the upper row of work rollers is fixed on the movable beam, and the upper row of work rollers are moved up and down by the drive of the motor, reducer and worm gear of the pressing mechanism , The pressing can be the same as above, or can be up and down separately, so that the upper row of work rolls can be inclined at a certain angle. The lower work roll is the driving roll and the upper roll is the driven roll.
Work roll material: 42CrMo, roll diameter Φ90mm, heat treatment surface hardness HRC50-55, 11 pieces, lower roll active, upper roll driven.
Main motor 15KW, servo control, linear speed 0 ～ 50m / min, to achieve leveling and automatic length-adjusting feeding.
6. Shearing machine
Adopt 3 × 2500 hydraulic shearing machine.
7. Hydraulic system
4KW motor, 10 liter plunger pump, maximum pressure 25MP, actual pressure ≤15MP.
8. Pneumatic system
It is composed of air source treatment triplet, electromagnetic directional valve, pipeline and cylinder.
Note: The gas source is provided by the user.
9. Electrical control system
The whole line adopts centralized control, and the entire line is controlled by touch screen, PLC and AC frequency conversion and servo. The cutting length of the plate and the number of cutting blocks can be set through the operation interface.The control system has manual and automatic working modes.In the automatic mode, the entire leveling and cutting process is controlled.On the control software, an error compensation function is designed.
10. Other auxiliary parts
Safety shield, switch support and anchor bolt equipment are provided.
The production line foundation embedded parts, trolley tracks, pit guardrails, equipment fences and trench cover plates are prepared by the user and produced on site.
