Product Description
01Automatic flexible conveyor line
The accumulative power roller conveyor line refers to the way that the workpiece can be stopped under the action of external force without the chain transmission of the workpiece on the supporting conveyor line. The structural feature of the accumulative roller conveyor line is The chain drives the driven sprocket at the end of the drum, and the friction plate between the drum and the sprocket drives the rotation of the drum, thereby driving the movement of the workpiece.

03Details of Automatic flexible conveyor line
1.Roller conveyor line body
The roller conveyor line body is mainly composed of rollers, polyurethane rollers, side supports, racks, connecting rods, pressure plates, adjustment bodies, etc.
2.Drive the tensioning unit
The drive tensioning unit is connected to the sprocket in the roller conveyor line through the chain.and is mainly composed of a frame, a tensioning mechanism, a motor directly connected reducer, a guide bar, a guide wheel, and a chain.
3.Automatic blanking machine for plate rolling machine
The automatic blanking machine of the plate rolling machine is used to automatically transport the rolled cylinder from the plate rolling machine station to the conveying line body. The automatic blanking machine of the bending machine is composed of a frame, a linear guide, a geared motor, a C-hook and other components.
4.Slide
The slideway is used for the radial unpowered rolling conveyance of the gas cylinder. The slideway is welded by stainless steel. At the same time, the contact between the slideway and the gas cylinder is covered with stainless steel or polyurethane to prevent damage to the workpiece; the slideway is set at the roller conveyor line in and out A protective mechanism to prevent the cylinder from falling.
5.Lifting roller table
The lifting mechanism is mainly composed of motors, electric push rods, brackets, earrings, ear seats and other mechanisms. The electric push rod adopts a screw jack with thread self-locking function, which plays a protective role.
6.Ferry car
The ferry trolley is mainly composed of a roller conveyor line body, a frame, a walking reduction motor, a sprocket, a chain, a ferry wheel, and a supporting chain.
7.Ferry battery trolley (used for crossing the aisle)
The battery ferry car is mainly composed of a roller conveyor line body, a frame, a walking reduction motor, a sprocket, a chain, and a ferry wheel.
8.Automatic turntable
The automatic turntable is mainly composed of a roller conveyor line body, a frame, a rotary motor directly connected reducer, gears, friction wheels, etc. The automatic turntable uses a motor directly connected to the reducer to drive the gear to rotate, thereby driving the roller conveyor line body to rotate 90o.
9.Ferry turntable
The ferry turntable trolley is used to realize the receiving and conveying of workpieces between the parallel roller conveyor lines, and the gas cylinder distribution head and tail are interchanged.
10.Lifting roller frame
The jacking roller rack is used to lift the gas cylinder from the conveyor line and rotate the gas cylinder under the drive of the motor. The cylinder speed is about 0.3 laps/min. After the operation is completed, the gas cylinder is lowered to the conveyor line again and transported to Back-end process
11.Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is mainly used to accept and lift the gas cylinder from the conveying line. The gas cylinder is manually rotated on the lifting mechanism without power to complete some work such as grinding or welding. After the manual operation is completed, the gas cylinder is reinstalled Down to the conveyor line, transport to the next process.
12.Docking mechanism of polishing machine
The polishing machine docking mechanism is used to transport the gas cylinders on the conveyor line to the loading station of the barrel polishing machine, or to carry the gas cylinders from the polishing machine unloading station to the conveyor line.
13.Vacuum battery transfer vehicle
The evacuated battery cart is used to transport the evacuated rack cart from the vacuum loading station to the oven. After the heating is completed, the evacuated rack cart is transported from the oven to the vacuum unloading station.
14.Electrical
The conveying line is divided into several sections, and each section adopts an independent electric control system and an independent PLC controller.
