It is mainly used for helium leak detection on the inner liner and interlayer of LNG cylinders for automobiles.
02Helium leak detection system Device description
Due to the low pumping speed of the helium detector vacuum pump, this set of leak detection system should include a vacuum pre-pumping system. After the vacuum of the tested workpiece meets the requirements of helium mass spectrometry leak detection, the helium mass spectrometer leak detector starts to work to reduce the helium detector vacuum pump Work intensity to ensure the rapid progress of helium mass spectrometry leak detection, improve the efficiency of helium mass spectrometry leak detection, and reduce the cost of leak detection.
The system can realize the split-flow leak detection mode where the pre-pump and the leak detector work at the same time; and the splitless leak detection mode where the pre-pump and the leak detector are separated.
There are two groups of detection stations, sharing a group of vacuum unit and helium mass spectrometer leak detector. While one station is vacuuming for leak detection, the other station can load and unload workpieces.
