Inner tank grilling device
The gas cylinder inner cylinder fire unit is used for the fire drying of the outer wall of the gas cylinder inner cylinder. After the gas cylinder is automatically transported to the inner cylinder fire unit, the lifting roller will lift the gas cylinder and rotate automatically. The radial position of the gas cylinder is automatically controlled by PLC. Alignment, the length of the flame is adjusted once when changing specifications according to the distance between the gas cylinder and the linear burner. After the roasting is completed, the jacking roller will lower the gas cylinder to the conveyor line and transport it to the winding station.
The gas cylinder inner cylinder firing unit is mainly composed of an 8-stage linear segmented combustion system, a burner moving mechanism, and a translation mechanism. The 8-stage linear segmented combustion system is arranged in the inner cylinder body (6 linear burners) and the head area at both ends (1 linear burner in each head area). Each linear burner can be individually controlled on/off. The two linear burners used for baking the head are fixed and the other is slidable. The slidable linear burner can be adjusted to meet the needs of gas cylinders of different lengths. . The translation mechanism is composed of air cylinder, sliding block, guide rail, limit block, frame and so on. Translation mechanism is used to adjust the line.
