02Circumferential seam welding(MIG Welding) process
MIG welding process is adopted, and 98%Ar+2%02 mixed gas is selecte as the shielding gas. 2.5~5.0mm MIG welding single-sided welding
double-sided forming at one time; equipped with Austrian Fronius company TPS5000 digital MIG/MAG pulse Automatic welding machine
(including welding power supply, wire feeder and cable, etc.).
03Circumferential seam welding(MIG Welding) results

When the workpiece assembly and surface are in good condition, the welding material and the shielding gas are in good condition,
the weld reinforcement is within the range of 0-2.5mm. The one-time pass rate of welding is greater than or equal to 90%,
the appearance is beautiful and the surface is free of defects.

LNG insulated gas cylinder double ring seam equipment is suitable for double ring seam welding of cylinder body and head, and adopts a horizontal machine tool structure as a whole. Mainly composed of bed guide rail, head and tailstock hydraulic tightening, high-precision hydraulic bracket, head and tailstock fixture, column and beam (2 sets), welding head (2 sets), hydraulic system, welding power supply system (2 sets) and electrical control system.
