03Insulation paper oven showThe exterior of the furnace body is made of Q235 steel plate, and the interior and air ducts are made of 304 stainless steel.
150mm thick aluminum silicate is used for heat preservation.
The vacuum system adopts 2x-70 bipolar rotary vane pump, equipped with corresponding vacuum valves and pipelines.
The heating system is made of nickel-chromium belts, and the heating part is suspended.
The hot air circulation system adopts a 2.2Kw high temperature sealed water-cooled circulation fan to realize internal gas circulation and ensure temperature uniformity.
The charging and discharging system can fill the furnace cavity with nitrogen, the restart pressure is adjustable, and the safety valve is configured.
The control system includes temperature controller, thyristor voltage regulator, paperless recorder, etc.
